Hi Peter,

Alas, the ST-E2 is maxed out at two slave groups. At least the 550EX can
control three slave groups. It would be nice to have an ST-E3 or ST-E4
that takes AA batteries :-)

I hacked a BP-50 to get away from using a 2CR5 for my EOS 1000FN. And I
bought a BP-300 to avoid CR-123 batteries for my Elan 7E. To go back to
2CR5 for an ST-E2 was unthinkable :-( But it seems I am the odd-man-out.

Cheers
Julian Loke
