First of all, sharpness is very subjective. What is considered sharp by one photographer, may not be acceptable by another. I never judge sharpness by looking at a print (or projected slide), but use a high-quality loupe and examine the slide on a light table. On a sidenote, I'd be interested to hear your opinion on Provia 400F enlarged to 8x10, as I found it unacceptably soft, being used to Provia 100F and Velvia type grain. Lars -- .~.
