It's more than I expected. I would have bet against 8mp. This will 
eat into MKII territory. Better autofocus? Great. All I really cared 
about was ETTL II, so all the rest is icing on the cake.  Along with 
the new 580 flash I'm hoping this will go a long way toward solving 
the 10D flash problems and match the MKII flash accuracy or even 
improve on it with the 580 flashes. It's a backup for me so it's good 
by me.
