Hello All,

I was planning to go in for a StoFen Omnibounce, when I remembered someone on
this list had once mentioned making something like that from stuff he found at
home (I think it was an empty plastic container of something).

So, can anyone suggest what can be used for a flash diffuser? I have a 380EX.

On the same note, I plan to use the diffuser as a flash filter.

The walls at my home are cream in color and bounced flash photos come out
unusually warm. I thought gentle blue tissue paper on my flash could cure
that.
The walls in a few of the rooms are grayish in color and bounced flash photos
come out too cool, I figured brown or yellow tissue paper in the flash could
help.

I intend to make several diffusers with varying colour casts to play around.

Yes, I know I could use white balance settings, and I have used them, but I
also want to explore the option of using flash filters.

Any ideas for cheap flash filters/diffusers anyone?

Shashvat
