Are there any other pitfalls in shipping >this kit from the US? I bought a 100-400L IS from the States, and I live in Japan! I saved a bit, but in retrospect, I think I took a bit of a chance. I think lenses have an international warranty, but that's not the same as being able to take it back to the store you bought it from. The Grey Market Imported stuff has only a US warranty, and it's not a Canon warranty but a B&H warranty. If you save that much I say go for it, but make sure the warranty is International. I think all lenses are. -- Jim Davis, Nature Photography: http://jimdavis.oberro.com/ Motorcycle Relay Kits: http://www.easternbeaver.com/ * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
