This is hardly a fatal flaw.

The mirror box on my Elan 7E is specified to be compatible with
lenses up to 600mm focal length. This means that my Elan 7E is
technically incompatible with the EF 1200mm f5.6 L USM. Oh no!

And my BP-300 grip is physically incompatible with the Tripod
Mount Ring A when used with my EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro. Oh no!

Also, my RC-1 does not work with my EOS 20D, and the TC-80N3
does not fit my Elan 7E. And the 430EZ can only be used in
manual mode with my Type A+ DSLR. Oh no!

Now my Kenko rings do not fit my EF-S lenses (not that I think
I will need to use them, since I already have a macro lens).
I think I will have to attack them with a screwdriver, hacksaw
and drill.

Cheers
