Right, time for a poll.

Do you shoot RAW or jpeg, and why?

Hi

As an intro, I'm fairly new to digital photography (bought my 20d last June) and I do all my printing at a photo lab.

I've been shooting RAW+L.JPG for a couple of reasons:

a) Almost everyone I talk to says I should (especially the "pros"). Although a couple of fellows have said, if you shoot it right to start with you don't need to use RAW (RAW is only for correcting exposure problems).

b) I'm concerned about maximum print size. I occasionally have a client that wants to make a wall size print and I don't know about the print requirements until long after the shot was taken. I'm assuming RAW will allow to me make huge prints with less "grain" appearing as compared to a L.JPG. Any clarification about the assumption would be appreciated.

Thanks
Rob
