To me, the biggest difference is the wheel at the back (used for
apperture in M mode or exposure compensation in other modes -- actually,
I think it can be set to something else as well) and size. I like that
wheel very much, so that is deciding factor for me. Size and build are
different as well, but 350 with a battery pack feels solid to me and
nice to hold.
