I believe you can print a RAW file directly without conversion with Apple
Aperture.

I'm a little late here, but the reason that you are having trouble finding
a way to print a RAW format is that you are not supposed to print RAW
files.
No printer, short of a film-recorder (uses light to print the image onto
film), can print anywhere near the range of tones that can be captured into
a RAW file.
Your job is to compress the tones in a fashion that is acceptable to you,
creatively AND fits within the range (gamut) of your printer. You won't
need a RAW format file to save this, a 24-bit TIFF will contain more than
the range of tones you can print.
