If you're shooting jpg, there's a nifty little tool called ExposurePlot here: http://www.vandel.nl/ (or at least it was last time I looked) which tells you exactly the above in graph form (plus ISO, shutter and aperture). It's a nice little tool (maybe I even got referred to it by someone on this list?).
