No. As long as it's for strictly personal use, it is perfectly legal.
(Granted I don't know all copyright laws in all countries, but I do
know quite a few, and none I know would consider that illegal.)

If you circumvent some copy protection trick to get it, _then_
you're in gray area, legality will depend on jurisdiction and
various fine details. Also, if you display it _in public_, you
might get in trouble with the law. But privately, to personal
friends and relatives, no problem.
