There is no punishment/filtering on reverse-quoting (putting the
reply above the original), only on the inclusion of the admin-footer,
which is a sure sign of sloppy-quoting (and one that is triggered by
this reverse-quoting in the first place, in 99.9999% of all cases).
But that is mostly because creating a proper filter aginst reverse-
quoting would become rather complex....;))
