Hope this is easier to read. The 135 F2 is an excellent lens with an extension tube. Bear in mind macros were really designed for flat fields with edge-to-edge sharpness. Regular lenses for 3D objects. So in effect the 135mm should make a 1st rate close up with extension tubes.
