I'm not talking past anyone here, Henning. It's not clear what he is saying with regards to two digital cameras one 12mp and one 10mp having different sensor sizes (the 12 being FF and the 10 being APS taking the exact same image somehow having the APS sized 10MP have a higher "pixel densities" with regard to the resultant file due to the smaller sensor size. That, if that is what he's saying, and as I said, others have interpreted that as what he's saying as well, is simply wrong. With regard to these latest comments, I'm not sure what he was getting at with them, so I simply responded. These comments reiterated something that I had already pointed out (film is different than digital) and his article doesn't discuss this comparative "pixel density" issue at all. If you, or any other person here, understands what he is saying with his claim, and how I'm misunderstanding him, I'd appreciate the clarification.
