Yes, dear, relying on a revolution is a thing of the past. However old science is being gradually replaced by quantum science and a few other things besides. But it'll neither be quick or nice. Altogether all the certainties and securities of the past are up for grabs. 700 billion is mere peanuts to what they've already stolen. Since I can rant on about this theme for hours, I'll stop.
