What dependencies are you missing? I would assume that you have all dependencies as part of the svn tree. The tree itself might not compile since it is not yet an official platform, although others on this list have used VS2008/Win7. Hopefully somebody will jump in to help you - it might help if you post a more concrete problem description (e.g. the compile error).
