I think you have some (static?) co::Objects which are constructed before
eq::init. In 1.0, co::Object uses the RNG to initialize its UUID. Simply look
at the call stack.
As said in my previous mail, this requirement should be relaxed by rewriting
RNG to not need an *explicit* initialization.
