It'd be nice if that could be written into the regs.  It would let the C and
CD all be eligible.

The way the regs are now, while the C and CD which have been up-converted
CAN LEGALLY be returned to their original model, they are NOT then eligible
as LSA.  It would require a regulation change to remove that restriction for
the special case.

(Sorry E, G, Forney and Alon owners.  This particular fix won't help you.)
