Just got a copy of the proposed new field approval Advisory Circular to day at work. It looks like the FAA is trying to tighten up the process. First read through it, seems that the 337 approval process will become more like obtaining a one time STC. I urge very one to read and digest it and make your opinion known during the NPRM window. Need to share this with any one that owns a aircraft.
