It's called 'Pro Seal' and it usually works pretty well...for a while.

Get some more and re-seal it and it will continue to work pretty well.

Aircraft Spruce sells it.

It might indeed. It didn't in your case.

These are made of an exotic material known as 'unobtanium.'

Re-seal the blanking plate, make sure you have cork-type sight
gauges in each cap, and off you go.
