Not wanting to be critical of my fellow man, but just suppose, somebody put the battery in backwards sometime in the past when all was dead, and just swapped stuff around till it worked?

 

I've never made a mistake, but I hear that others sometimes do!

Okay guys I'm ordering the restrictor valve today, this should take care of the fuel problem (I hope)......On the other subject, It is a positive ground system, I traced the wire of the positive side of the battery and it does connect to the grounding system of the aircraft. The generator is charging the battery correctly. Like Ed said, I'm going to have to make a list, check it twice and put a plan of attack together to reverse the polarity of all components that need it..........Thanks for everyones help.......again
