I'm new to the Ercoupe scene and very actively in the market for one. I know that the topic of bucket seat conversions has been discussed over and over here, and at least one thread discussed modifying the bulkhead behind the seatback, but I NEED more info. Who has done either. There are a TON of coupes out there with these mods, so speak up; how are they getting done. Show some pics and tell what was involved in the mod. Someone desperately needs to do an STC to do these mods, but I doubt that will happen, but if LSA/SP takes off, it may. Help me out here; I'm fairly tall, and that seat has simply got to be changed.
