Actually, I have a MARVEL carb, and my wing tank caps are vented ,and have red plastic inserts inside each - to minimize venting from overfilled tanks. But they do vent, as does the fuselage Rain -Pruf filler cap. My system seems to be identical to Wayne Delrossi's.
