Are you trying to say that you believe all of the parts you have on your
A/C were
built in the good old USA?

OK Bill, I'll quit challenging your "It's OK to use auto parts in the fuel
pump" campaign if you will include in your campaign speech that if the
Bought at Bubba's Auto Parts - Made in China" fuel pump diaphragm ruptures,
and fuel drains into your crankcase, and your engine seizes or throws a rod,
that you will have a lot less than an hour to find a landing spot. Fair
enough? ;>)

Oh yeah, you also have to include words to the effect that "the actuating
arm and linkage parts have to be of identical dimensions and materials to
the parts that are on the AC fuel pump that is specified for the particular
engine."

After all, we don't want anyone out there getting killed just because he/she
wasn't quite enough of a materials scientist and fuel pump engineer to
determine that the "Made in China" parts had some material or dimensional
flaw that caused their pump to fail, right?

I guess this horse just won't die, huh?
