At the moment I was using the AOPA access to the FARs.  However, the "horses' mouth" or whatever, is at http://www.faa.gov/pilots/  Just go there, then look down to Regulations and Guidance, and then FARs.  roger

Alas, Eliacim, it looks like, as a Sport Pilot, you won’t be allowed to change the oil or fill the tires on your standard certificated Ercoupe (until you upgrade to a higher pilot license).  Fuss-fizzle!
