Hi all,

I was reading through a recent (April 6, 2006) PropWash e-newsletter and found mention of a throttle converter available from Sonex Aircraft for $75. Here's the weblink for more info on it:

http://www.sonexaircraft.com/orders/accessories.html#throttle

My question is this: After having undergone two surgical repairs of my right arm (long story), the strength in my right arm isn't anything like it used to be. In my Coupe, it is difficult for me to exert enough pressure to easily move the throttle knob in and out. We've been trying to figure out a good reliable alternative.

For all those here who have a lot of experience with Coupes, do you think this would work well in my 1946 415-C?

Thanks in advance for any helpful advice,

Susan
