Specs on a C-75 are : Static RPM limits:
( from Ercoupe Operation Manual, page 6)
Wood Prop: "not more than 2050"
" not less than 2050"
Metal prop: " not more than 2060"
" not
less than 2060"
Seems like the figures you posted are in that range...
