John was writing about stalls in a 415 C Coupe that would have its elevator adjusted to allow a 20 degree up position. As we all know, normally rigged 415Cs have very gentle stall characteristics. John's comment was made in relation to a thread about installing the E style elevator on a C model and then adjusting the up travel to 20 degrees. Someone asked why a C could not just go to a 20 degree setting. In the context of the thread, John's warning is very appropriate.
