I’ve heard that it is possible to
convert the straight elevator to be a split elevator. I don’t know any
details about doing it. Somebody here will have info for you on that, I’m
guessing.
Strong advice, after you get the plans,
write up all the paperwork on your form 337 and get it signed off by the FAA
guy BEFORE you cut metal.
