Our flying club has Michel (pronounced "michael") radios (2) since 1993 in a C-172. I think they've been pretty ok, but they have broken more than often enough. I'm campaigning to buy a 3rd off eBay so we will have one in reserve. On the other hand, for the price, I think it's a pretty good product, albeit we've had our hassles.
