I'm also in agreement.  I've seen too many parts and pieces put onto an 
airplane that had no business being there, and Ercoupe owners of old were among 
the worst.  I also should state that I beleive if a part from anywhere else was 
certified for use in an airplane, there should be no reason to pay airplane 
prices for it.  The steering rod boot was from a 39 Chevy IIRC and the original 
master cylinders  (big honkin' piece) was from an International truck of 30's 
vintage.  Same stuff, different rules.
