See Ercoupe Service Memorandum 33 and 33A...about proper use of sloshing
compounds in aluminum tanks...

I am not aweare of any bulletin, memo that says to not use any sloshing
compound.

Apparently some sloshing compounds are not suitable with some type fuels,
so I suggest one to check with Univair for a proper type sloshing
compound......

There may be other service bulletins/Memos that I do not have access
to...BUT, a rivited tank must have some way of preventing leaks...

Complete dissasembly and sealing of the joint as it is rivited is probably
the best way to use the least amount of sloshing compound.
