Hey Frank: To change the elevator rigging to 9 degrees requires moving the stop on the control shaft about one inch to the rear. In order to get this done properly, you must remove the control shafts from the plane and drill the new stop hole by using a v block and a drill press. If your control wheels and shafts have not been removed recently, I suspect that removing them will most likely damage the taper pins holding them to the universal joints. Aside from the taper pins, the only real problem is getting down under the instrument panel to remove and replace those taper pins. Lynn Nelsen
