[ercoupe-tech] Carburetor

One of the last annual inspection checklist items (checklist from EOC, 
Courtesy of Ed Burkhead)that need to completed are two items on the 
carburetor: 1) Carburetor finger screen and 2) Flush Carb float 
chamber.  Since my A&E has never worked on this type carb., could 
somone please provide some details on how to meet these two 
requirements?  1946 415C; N2738H; #3363.  Thanks, Dennis
