Hey Randy: I have not read the O-200 STC for the C-85, but I would expect that it only applies to the engine. If you already have the C-85 installed in your 415-C and did not require a trim change, there should be no reason to require one with the O-200 crankshaft modification for the C-85. Lynn Nelsen
