Hey Bob: I think the previous posts have covered the salient points. When you say "all the fuel flows back" have you actually confirmed the header tank is empty, or are you going by the indication of the fuel level wire in the header tank? The wire will show the header tank empty when there is still about 3 gallons of fuel left in the tank. Lynn Nelsen
