[ercoupe-tech] carb heat

 after my current annual,of witch a new carb heat shroud, new scat 
hoses,cable adjusted butterfly checked,I still do not get my rpm drop 
like I should, like none!  we have checked it all, Put the air hose 
from the shop in the baffle hole;checked leaks through out.          
recheced the butterfly.Push the carb heat off air comes out the bottom 
of the air box, open air goes in carb.   We checked and scrached our 
heads all afternoon, Now its you guys turn.
