My pull starter seems a little tired and I am thinking about replacing 
it with a Skyteck or B&C.  I suppose the other option is finding a 
rebuilt pull starter.  Does any outfit do that?  Anyway, any advice 
about pros and cons would be appreciated.  Thanks.
