I'm not a test pilot so I don't have a lot of experience with trying to spin a coupe. Under most conditions I feel it would be almost impossible to do so due to the design of the aircraft. That said, my theoretical concern would be: If you did manage to stall and spin a coupe (for what ever reason or in whatever way), then what would you do? I believe that if you are instructing spins, both pilots should be wearing parachutes. Getting out of a spinning coupe wearing a chute would be somewhat difficult at best. Without a chute, I wonder if an ercoupe can recover from a fully developed spin? With the limited rudder input available, the problem would be not "How do you spin a coupe; but how do you recover?
