Jeff - I can give you the name of an excellent Examiner in 
Winchester,Va. Little over an  hour flight from Pittsburgh. He just 
gave a Private flight Test in a Coupe with no pedals. I have known 
him for over 40 years and he is fair and a great pilot. FAA is 
starting to mess with him on his medical so he may be going Sport in 
a few months. Owns a Cub and has many hours in Coupes. I learned to 
fly in a Champ at Latrobe, Pa 57 years ago.
