I don't think Trutrak makes or enforces the aviation regulations. If 
this is the end of the discussion, it is only because you are using a 
manufacturer to tell you how regulations are interpreted. Trutrak 
cannot limit the use of their products. They can (for liability 
reasons) insist that their products can only go in experimental 
aircraft.
