Scary!! I think you are on the right track suspecting the needle material, but if I were you I would seek the advice of a true expert, like John Cooper, of Skyport. Hope you can fix it soon Eliacim

I have it apart and I found no problem. It has the P/N 390077 needle. Aircraft Spruce has a note that it will expand when used with 100LL. Anyone have comment and or advice?
