Well, they are all making alot of money as the rates I received today from 4 different shops were from $ 197.50 at FDK , $ 300 at HGR, $200 at MRB and $ 250 at JYO. And MRB says it must be a complete static test.
FDK is taking the transponder out of the Ercoupe, bench checking it, replacing it in the aircraft and making the log book entries. They said the labor is for 2.5 hours.
