AC43-13 should be available on line in PDF.  I remember saving and printing it 
up a little at a time.  Or, you could actually spend less money and get one 
through the government printing office or at any federal building bookstore.  
About $35.00 IIRC.  I'll even bet that Spruce and the like sell them.  Even 
though the FAA motto is on the inside cover "We're not happy until you're not 
happy!" the book is a wonderful reference AND is the bible of what we should 
do.  Mechanic and non-mechanic alike should have a copy.  

Keep it tucked next to your computer and when someone asks a question you can 
amaze your friends with your knowledge.  ;-)
