I have a 415-C that is going back into the air soon. However, an issue has come
up.  During motor run-ups on the ground, the fuel is slowly overflowing out the
header tank cap vent.  I have checked the overflow line and it is completely
open. It makes me think that the restricter hole is to big in the fuel pump.
What diameter should the restricter hole be?  Is there something else that can
cause this problem that I should check?  Is there a publication that shows what
the restricter hole should be?

Also, regarding the overflow line in the header tank, how close dimensionally
should the tube be from the top of the tank.  I can't imagine this being wrong
because it is like it came from the factory. But I'm curious what the dimension
is as mine is very close to the top.

Any help is appreciated.
