I wouldn't agree that he got stiffed. That is pretty universal that
they don't
cover mechanical failures. You are insuring yourself and the plane
against
accidents, vandalism, and natural disasters. That is what most if not
all
policies spell out.

engine failures. And told him he did too good a job. If he would have
crashed it they would have had to pay off. So he got stuck paying for
everything. And the dissassembly and trasport back to the airport.
