I have no problem soloing a student and doing all their training in their own 
airplane.  I just make sure that they know that, as students,  they are on "my 
sign-off", and just because they own the airplane they are still under MY 
control.  I say when they can fly and when they can't.  As long as they 
understand that, we are fine.  I might even put that in the signoff just to CYA.

I am just waiting now for the responses of how I am power hungry. :<)
