In general, buying a Coupe in pristine condition, Donny's Maxim applies:

Donny's Maxim regarding used things (cars, campers, houses, etc.): Be
prepared to spend 10-15% of the purchase price on repairs the first 12 mos.
of ownership. If you don't have to, congratulations. But don't go in
EXPECTING perfection.

In this case, for a Coupe that hasn't flown for three years and may not be
in pristine condition, then I'd advise using 30%-50% as the cautionary extra
costs.

I bought my Coupe blind, having never flown one. They were neat looking and
I researched it much as you have done. I did NOT regret it.
