In general, buying a Coupe in pristine condition, Donny's Maxim applies: Donny's Maxim regarding used things (cars, campers, houses, etc.): Be prepared to spend 10-15% of the purchase price on repairs the first 12 mos. of ownership. If you don't have to, congratulations. But don't go in EXPECTING perfection.
In this case, for a Coupe that hasn't flown for three years and may not be in pristine condition, then I'd advise using 30%-50% as the cautionary extra costs. I bought my Coupe blind, having never flown one. They were neat looking and I researched it much as you have done. I did NOT regret it. Ed
