Another key feature Œmissing¹ on Ercoupes that is generally found on almost
all other GA types is flaps.  The correct use of flaps on landing and
go-arounds, etc. and that critical turn onto finals with flaps down and slow
flight is something that I think all pilots need to know.

I think this is a greater difference than 2 versus 3 controls.
