If I have a STC that requires something to be done, call it item X, as part of the STC. Sometime later I remove item X from the plane, is the STC still valid?
For example: On the C to D conversion, I remove the steel plate that is over the center fuel tank. Is the aircraft still a D, or is a C, or is it illegal. This is just a question for my information. You know, we always need to keep learning. Richard NC99904
